Morghur wipes out my unit when spawning bug

So In my Bretonnia Campaign I noticed something odd while fighting Morghur, sometimes when he spawns his chaos spawn over one of my units, that unit is wiped out instantly, did anybody else notice this?

Thats how the first of morghurs spawn chaos spawn abilities works. It requires a low health enemy unit in range which gets killed and in its place a unit of chaos spawns comes in.

yeah thats not a bug, he "turns" units into chaos spawn. its part of his lore really..
i guess for them to code it into the game it just picks a damaged unit.. does a massive direct damage spell then spawns chaos spawn.

Sounds like its working as intended. He doesn't have a traditional "spawn units" ability. Rather his ability is a aura that kills a unit with less then 20% health and spawns some chaos spawn on that location (meant to represent the unit turning into chaos spawn).

Whenever you encounter an enemy Lord or Hero that does something "weird", why don't you actually check that character's stats and toolkit yourself?
I truly don't understand why people do this, when it takes 2 minutes to check for yourself. Actually I do, but the jannies will sweep me up immediately if I say the words.

Let's just say it's the "current trend" : having everything served on your plate, without any motivation for self development, nor will to satiate your own's curiosity.
