Regiments of renown not showing up

So my legendary bretonnian lord is level 32 and I still haven't seen the regiments of renown button pop up in the recruitment pool. The only other button I can click on is the allied recruitment and that's it. I even went to total war access to claim them, it say I redeemed them and that its in my library, but I don't see the library. Am I missing something here?

They always seem to unlock for me as a result of winning a battle. I am not sure what the thing I am doing, that makes them show up, but in the post battle debriefing thing where you are clicking through the post battle retinue people you have acquired, and any items you have received, one of the screens will say I have unlocked this and that RoR. two screens usually, actually. But this is as Dwarfs.

Maybe someone knows what exactly causes that.

But I 100% get a message, before I can ever recruit them, the button will not just pop up, you will get a nice purple multicolored hard to miss message after a battle, and then they will be recruitable. I have never not unlocked all my RoR in a campaign.

It´s been a while since i played the Repanse campaign. Doesn´t it depend on faction? I rarely recruit RoR units. I have in mind that You can only recruit them in home territory. Have they changed it? I mean for beastmen, or some chaos faction which raze everything it makes sense to recruit anywhere - but e.g. dwarfs can only do their in own territory, no?

Usually they have level requirements, so You might see it after a level up in battle. Others like tomb kings need to actively unlock them. For Bretonia i´m unsure, but the panel usually explains what the requirements are - and this panel - if i´m not wrong - is only visible in home territory for most factions.

I think they might need a dlc from the ca website to get them so if you are only started playing them because of they are now free you might need to download the dlc form ca website to get the RoR.
Edit: I see now that you did that well it could be a problem with the dlc and CA new format not working right

Mostly, I can pull them out anywhere, almost anytime it seems. Maybe I need to be in held territory? The tab does sometimes seem to disappear for a few turns. But that's long after I have access to them, for idk what reason, enemy tricks I figure.

Should be mostly locked by faction leader level. The earliest still unlock around level 10. Also should require being in your own territory, except a few special cases (Nakai for example owning no territory). If you've not hit level 10 the button should be there in your territory but say no units are available for hire or some such, though once you unlock the first you can preview all available units.

The OP however mentioned having a lord at 32, so most if not all should be unlocked. Did you add them mid campaign? Unlock from the website after the campaign started? Might be the issue. From your steam library de-activate the DLC and then re-activate it. Might fix it.. Does for a lot of cases where the game thinks people don't own dlc they had bought even as far back as game 1.
