Immortal Empires with only tww3?
Hi tww3 players. If I only buy tww3, will the Immortal Empire DLC be complete? I mean with all tww2 factions? Also is the Champions of Chaos dlc an important dlc, or just a bonus?

no, if you only buy tww3 than you will only have tww3 races + brettonia
if you want to unlock more factions than you need to buy the dlc for those factions.

champions of chaos matters if you want to play as warriors of chaos, if you dont want to play as warriors of chaos than it does not matter if you own it.
the AI has access to all content ever created, you only need dlc for factions that you want to play as.

No. You will only be able to play warhammer 3 base game factions in immortal empire sandbox campaign.

Edit: Plus brettonia as that is Free dlc.

The Immortal Empires map itself will be complete (as in, all of the map is there and you can face every one of the 86 legendary lords as enemies).

But if you only buy game 3 you can only play game 3 races in said map (+Bretonnia if you download the freebie and Warriors of Chaos led by Be'lakor).

All they unlocked for free was the map itself (they also made it so you can buy DLC from game 1 and 2 without owning the base games).

So if you want to play a race from game 1 and 2 you either need to buy those base games or a DLC that includes whatever race you want to play.

I'd say Champions of Chaos is rather important for a complete WoC experience (since you will be missing most of the god flavor variations of the units without it).

So the IE trailer was a trap... The price is too high, if you are a new player!! It's ok for the complete tww3, but the price for the complete IE dlc is a joke. It's unfair for new players.

You don't in anyway shape or form need to be able to play all of the 86 legendary lords right away. So why would you need to buy everything as a new player?

No it is not a trap. You simply buy the factions that you want to play if the base factions in warhammer 3 do not cover what you are looking for. You do not need to buy everything if you don't want to.

No it isn't. You buy what you want when you want. You pay for content and you get it. If you can't afford to buy it all at once, then piece it together based on what you want as you go. If you can't afford that, then shop the many sales or third party options. It's fair.

Nope, all you is get access is to the IE campaign with the TWW3 stuff. You're going to have the other games and DLCs to get those factions and Legendary Lords and extra units.
