Safest city from the perspective of lore?

Which city is relatively the safest place? Safe from conflict, chaos and fear?

Probably those islands no one goes to. (Although I'd rule out conflict...it's everywhere.)

both the south lizardman area and south cathy is more away from chaos.

However no matter where you are in the map it is only the matter of time chaos reach you.

it is to me better to meet chaos head on than just trying to hide from them.

No point keeps trying to hide away from chaos you need to learn to face them.

Hiding from chaos will just get you destroy in the game.

Facing chaos is part of the game no matter which non-chaos faction you are.

Even Chaos faction themselves have to face each other let alone you as a non-chaos faction.

As the game say it: "face your demon or be conquered by it"

Cathay is literally corrupted by Tzeentch to the point where he's a religion. Skaven lurk around there too and their horned rat is a minor chaos god.
There is no truly safe place, but i'd guess one of the major towns on Ulthuan.

Tha avg dude doesn't survive meeting chaos.

I know, I have finished multiple campaigns. Just asking from the point of lore. For example if we were peasants, which city would be the safest to live?

Yeah I've got-- wait! Doesn't the Vampire Counts have a civilian population that just kind of serve it in the lore? Sure the dead are drafted but that's beside the point.

Uhh, they are mainly for food and for the vamps to feel like rulers. Fairly sure they get drafted along if the vampires feel like it.
You might get killed by ghouls or other stuff too.
