He will be the newest lord
In Warhammer 40k it would be An'ggrath the Unbound (Guardian of the Throne of Skulls, Most favored of Khorne, Lord of Bloodthirsters, the Deathbringer) and most deamons exist (or ends up existing) in both settings, so he might be the most favored one in fantasy as well (but he is never mentioned in fantasy to my knowledge).
If we aren't talking greater deamons i wouldn't be surprised if Valkia is (or at least has at one point been) considered his current most favored servant (It can change quickly, the chaos gods are fickle).
I think the name was Rage Brigade, Khorne's ultimate disciple
As for the actual Greater Daemons, he fosters a culture of fear, dependency, and desire to replace him.
He wants them to excell, but keeps his foot on their throat, like an abusive father that does not understand love.
Ka'Bhanda is only the commander of the most prestigious legion. Khorne does not favour him too much, however.
Khorne is too abusive and wrathful, he is only ever soft for Valkia.
