What is locked behind 'Warriors of Chaos' and 'Champions of Chaos' DLCs?

What all is locked behind these DLCs? Is it just the 3 legendary lords from Warhammer 1 and the 4 from the lastest DLC? Or are there specific units and campaign mechanics locked behind these DLCs as well?

I'm trying to figure out how well the game allows the player to play chaos without the 'Champions of Chaos' DLC as I don't own it and I am trying to decide whether to purchase Warhammer 2 & 3 on this sale.

To expand on what influences what DLCs, give what, for Chaos:

Be'Lakor:

Free DLC included with Warhammer 3 base game.

Regiments of Renown:

6 RoR are given from the FREE 30th anniversary DLC (Also known as, "30 Birthday Regiments"). 1 Chaos Warriors, 1 Hellcannon, 1 Forsaken, 1 Chaos Spawn, 1 Chaos Knights, 1 Dragon Ogres

Warriors of Chaos DLC:

LEGENDARY LORDS: 3 legendary lords.

Champions of Chaos DLC:

MARKED UNITS: Gives the marked units for each Chaos God. (Marauders, Chaos Warriors, Chaos Knights, etc reskinned/restatted to denote devotion to each Chaos God)

NEW UNIT: Chaos Warshrines for each Chaos God. Little stat difference, mostly visual reskin difference.

NEW REGIMENTS of RENOWN: 1 Skullcrushers of Khorne (Khorne), 1 Chaos Giant (Nurgle), 1 Chaos Chariots (Slaanesh), 1 Aspiring Champions (Tzeentch)

NEW GENERIC LORDS: Generic melee lords for Slaanesh & Khorne. Generic sorcerer lord for Nurgle & Tzeentch.

DEMON PRINCES (custom lord for Chaos): Each mono Chaos God faction gets a unique demon prince lord.

AGENTS (Heroes): Exalted Hero Khorne & Nurgle, Sorcerer (caster) Hero for Slaanesh & Tzeentch

LEGENDARY LORDS: 4 new legendary lords, as mentioned on the Steam Store page.

WARRIORS OF CHAOS REWORK: This is not a part of the paid DLC. It is however listed on the Steam Store Page for the DLC. This refers to the "Over time, players can choose to elevate lowly mortal units, such as Marauders, through the Chaos ranks to become powerful servants of the dark gods, such as mighty Chaos Knights and Chosen. Chaos Lords and Heroes may also be elevated all the way to Daemon Prince status, and even dedicated to the service of one of the Dark Gods." part of the listing on the Steam Store Page.


OUTRO:

From what I found from the videos (60 mins+ for the answer to "What is contained in the 'Champions of Chaos' DLC?" no single video could answer), forum answers on here and store listings this is all the DLC and FLC ( As of 12/30/2022 ) that make up all the current DLC parts that make up the 'Chaos' factions. Most of the information for the Champions of Chaos DLC is condensed into "• Over 50 new battlefield units" on the Steam Store Page.

With woc and without coc you don't have access to the majority of marked units plus warshrines.
With coc and without woc you have the full chaos roster but not the original 3 legendary lords.
With both you have everything for warriors of chaos.

Belakor is unlocked alongside the monogods.

I'm certain that it isn't, I was able to play as him without the CoC DLC

30th rors unlock a handful for chaos but doesn't require any specific dlc.
