Minor kings are promoted to major kings and heroes to minor kings, with some resource or mechanic.
With this cycle, the cap lord remains intact and the hero is only replaced.
In exchange for the more complex mechanics, they would have no additional maintenance in the target army.
This means, that the major kings promoted by ritual or (special) technologies, could appoint minor kings, with the embedded heroes, permanently as a hierarchical method (they cannot be separated, only exchange or dissolve).
