heros already level fast enough
especially since im pretty sure they are still stuck leveling one at a time
its a point sink if everythings filled, thats nice but thats also all it is
In my recent Kislev campaign i have hired Gotrek and Felix, since they can not earn xp they seem to give xp to other generals after battle, so like the mentor skill would, and now the game wants me to spend my atamans skillpoints but since you don´t have access to their charakter screen i can´t do that and if i would recuit them to spend the points i can´t make them atamans again. Pretty sure the same would happen with just the mentor skill too.
E.g. if a Hero has no *meaningful* skill point choices after Level 25 or so (e.g most Casters), then I'd far, far prefer to be able to put those skill points into Mentor and put that XP elsewhere. Instead, you've got to level all the way up to extremely high levels to get any worth out of it, which is the opposite of what I want to be doing.
I'd like to see them try it so that all three levels unlock at Level 30, and see how that goes.
And more in general, does it "steal" XP from your lord? Or does it "duplicate" part of their XP gain and gives the duplicate to other lords/heroes?
