Tzeentch cultists
So, after playing around with Tzeentch for a bit... I am becoming more and more convinced of three things involving Tzeentch cultists.

1. The Tzeentch cultist doesn't have enough "culty" abilities. For example, the slannesh cultist can establish a cult in a city. Tzeentch could really use that ability as well. Especially for the whole winds of magic stuff.

2. Tzeentch cultists have too much magic. The prime casters are supposed to be the heralds and greater demons, and here we have these pesky cultists stealing the limelight and the winds of magic. I think the cultists should have more bound spells, and less spells that take up the winds of magic. Spells that augment and recharge the winds are fine (even preffered) for a cultist, but they are not the stars of the show. Their spells should not be what decides the battle. Sadly, they are fire practitioners only apparently.

3. I think the cultists don't have enough abilities for the points that they get. I personally would redesign the cultists to be able to choose one shard of magic, and get the support spells from that magic class. I would give them bound spells and a bunch of talents to enhance their bound spells and 1-2 spells to augment the winds. I would also give them a few survivalist passives.

They're pretty solid just for the "Increase Mobility" army buff.
"Kindleflame" is also a really nice passive debuff to trigger just before your Flamers and Horrors unleash a volley.
In terms of "culty" abilities, they do spread corruption (which can lead to Cults establishing). But it's currently just a passive thing you barely notice.

Personally I just wish they were less of a caster and more of a melee hero. Maybe just Fireball & Kindleflame available, and then add a line of melee skills.
As you mentioned, the other Tzeentch characters already have magic covered.
