Mortal Lords or Daemon Princes?

With the daemon lords, the conversion from the lesser daemon lord to a greater daemon lord was a straight upgrade and I always do it when playing a Daemons of Chaos faction, but with mortal lords, the conversion to a Daemon Prince isn't such an obvious upgrade. Do you guys generally tend to ascend your mortal lords to daemon-hood or keep them mortal?

I find Daemon Princes are better at killing other lords and heroes. But I suppose its what you use them for.

most puzzling mechanic in the game :P and I haven't tested all of them yet.

For tzeentch I feel the daemon brings nothing to the table except fat hp pool + speed, so hp pool buff gained pretty much.. only. But also big target instead of small.

Khorne seems a lot better than a lord on dragon though.

As for the other 2... idk much, but I like nurgle on steed. So puzzling really :D

Daemon Princes suck. The mortal lords are better in every way, and they dont cost souls.
