How do you recruit a chaos sorcerer as Tzeentch?
It's not in any of my buildings...?

Do I have to buy the DLC to complete an in game mission because if I do that's really quite ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

If you have a quest to recruit a chaos sorcerer as Kairos then yes.

You should be able to select any settlement you own and click the recruit lord button. Unless you mean a sorcerer hero? Then you need a specific building to recruit them.

@Relent that Cult minor hero, not Lord or other DLC units yeah you gotta buy Champion of Chaos DLC. so you can get Daemon prince as your lords

Yea, Warriors of Chaos DLC provided new units for Warriors of Chaos AND heroes for ALL Chaos factions, Khorne, Tzynch, Slaanesh, Nurgle.
