Why are ALL the horses so small?

Obviously the Chaos donkeys have gone unaddressed for a ridiculously long time, but is it me or is every horse in the game a pony?

Warhorses are exceptionally tall and muscular in real life,yet even normal humanoids like the Gryphon Legion look like they're about as tall as their horses.

Is there some technical BS why this is the case? How easy a fix would it be to properly rescale steeds?

They took a couple of months to "fix" replenishment rates and you want them to undergo this herculean task of scaling models?

CA has already confirmed that Chaos horses will be resized to be bigger next month.

Also Kislev cavalry problem is men being too big, not horses being small
