Is it true Araby is unlikely now?

Now I know partially why this is (because Middle Eastern History, lore, and mythology is generally considered offensive to the Middle East... No really... but that isn't the topic)

But with the map basically erasing the entire desert where Araby exists and giving two prime expansion locations for Ind and (I forgot what... Nippon? I thought it also wasn't going to be Nippon)

Or is it entirely possible that if they added Araby (one of the two factions I want... Nippon and Araby) they could just create the desert and add it onto the map?

Who considers it offensive? People in the Middle East are offended by their own mythology? While we're here let's talk about why this Araby thing is so controversial and hush hush. Whats the reason mentioning Araby is like dissing someone's mom?

They've added chunks of map in WH2 ME, no reason to believe they won't do the same in WH3 ME.

It's always been unlikely. CA has said now on two separate occasions that Araby is not happening.

We will get Chaos Dwarfs & South lands/Dogs of War after that it's anyones guess. It may also be upto Gamer's Workshop on what content will be in their remake/re-release of Warhammer Fantasy tabletop. Araby & Nagash are money on the table, you don't they are going to just let it set there?

On the Immortal Empires map they claim to be adding another 95 starting factions, so maybe Araby, Nippon, and others will be there as non-playable factions.

Any faction dlc has to fit on the Warhammer 3 base game map and CA has said no Araby, no Nippon.
