Why is Nkari so big

N'kari. Greater Daemon > Daemon prince. With ofcourse exceptions. But generally, greater daemons are stronger then a Daemon prince.

N'kari is the greatest Keeper of Secrets of Slaanesh. He is more or less on par with Skarbrand, if anyone can be anyway.
Azazel is a Daemon Prince, elevated from being a mortal. It's because he beat an Exalted
Champion of Khorne that Slaanesh elevated him. Like a true Slaaneshi Daemon, he's a great tempter who tends to convert opposition. Though, in battle, I doubt he would want to face N'kari.

You sure about that?

If it was a standard greater deamon of Slaanesh then i'd say that Azazel is likely stronger. That said admittedly Azazel is one of the most favored deamon princes of Slaanesh rather then "just a deamon prince".

On the other hand, N'kari is said to be the greatest keeper of secrets of Slaanesh rather then "just a greater deamon of Slaanesh", so no idea who would be stronger between those two.

Generally between Greater Daemons and Daemon Princes GDs have more raw power, but DPs' perspective as having once been mortal makes them more adaptable and less predictable (and yes, that even goes for Tzeentchian daemons). Similar levels of threat, but it's a power vs. skill thing.

Azazel, by far.

N'karai cannot even enter the Mortal Realms without being summoned, and sustained through worship, while Azazel, as a once mortal, can just come in and out of either the Realm of Slaneesh or the Mortal Realms, at will.

Daemon Princes have their "princehood" because they can exist normally in the Mortal World, without needing to continuously drain souls, though they do still hunger for them, and are empowered by sacrifice and worship too.

Azazel has all the perks of being BOTH a Daemon and a Mortal, while N'kari, no matter how strong he can get, can always be banished.
