Half-jokes aside, an extra movement option would be nice for Kairos, but the Tzeentch faction has more immediate issues.
Agree on Kairos getting the cult summoning building (at a minimum). A reworked/better teleport stance that can actually *teleport* to saturated tzeentchian corruption anywhere on the map would be my idea

Tying teleports to corruption would basically mean it's not used at all.
