Help: 3+ Co-Op Multiplayer Question

Hey all,

Does anyone know whether a game can continue if 1 player decides to quit, or is defeated, in a campaign which has 2+ players (e.g. 3-6 co-op)?

Don't fancy starting a larger campaign if 1 player can potentially spoil it and rage-quit haha.

Just in case nobody answers, I´ll give my two cents:
When you load in a multiplayer save file, it shows you e.g. two player slots, so if you load save file with 3-6 players, those slots will also be there.

Therefore, I THINK if one player drops, it can indeed spoil a campaign.

if a player drops you can play without them, their faction is put on "hold" and the ai that takes over dosn't do anything, it just sits there.

So, just to be clear, would the AI take-over both during a game AND an empty player slot at the campaign load menu?

Yes, you only need the minimum of 2 players, less and the game is cancelled
