Complete garbage.. I have tww3 on the xbox app but I cannot play the immortal empires campaigns because I have to purchase both tww and tww2 which are both $60 dollars on the xbox app with 0 discount even with game pass ultimate. So that is $120 just to play the immortal empires... not to mention I own tww on steam but it has to be on the same platform. Complete and utter garbage. So they want me to purchase tww3 and tww2 on steam and spend $120 when I already own tww3 on the xbox app.. Will never purchase a game from this money grubbing company again.

Microsoft had a sale a week ahead of IE for wh1 and 2.
If you already have them on steam then just buy wh3 for steam, it'll be cheaperm

If you have game pass then you have MS rewards, go see if you have enough points for a steam card or a card to get a steam card

The answer to the trolls who say "it is 10$ to play ... why you complain... blablabal" i answer > You don't own the games and the pass it is a good way to test games and if you like purchase them - stop the pass until next trial.
The other benefit is some games are fun a couple of hours but quickly boring.

You don't own WH3. You lease it, over a specific distributor. The moment the lease stops your usage rights cease as well.

And yes, that you have to own it on the same platform is not making it better but you only own WH1, not another title.
And for a campaign that combines the content and maps from all 3 games you have to own all 3 games as well, which you do not. You own 1/3.

I mean, I get the frustration but you wouldn't even be eligible even if you'd combine over stores so I really don't get your whole rant. WH3 offers a (mediocre imo) full campaign by itself which you are eligible to play. WH1 as well. But no matter how you reuse it, you are not eligible for IE as you, again, only own 1/3 and have access to 2/3.

And that you'd need to own all 3 on the same store was communicated since the release of WH1 6 years ago....
