Best Lord/Campaign for Monstrous Infantry?
Hello,

I'm somewhat new to TW, with WH3 being my first game. I really enjoy big monsters and things that aren't just "people." Which Lord/Race/Campaign adds the most bonuses to "not people" armies. I originally tried Drycha but I got bodied by everyone surrounding me hating my guts. Right now I'm on Throt, but I would like to know more of my options.

Any lord that's not a skink

Norsca. Although, right now I can't recruit Ice Trolls, despite having both buildings in two different provinces, so I can't finish the long campaign, so if you get to the monster hunt where you can choose between them and hunters to recruit, pick the hunters.

Nakai (lizardmen) with an army built around Sacred Kroxigars might float your boat.
Taurox (beastmen) with Minotaurs would also work.

War Grove of Woe, Treemen/Ents absolutely wreck enemy formations. With malevolent tree spirits and Dryads.

The factions the others have mentioned are good options for big monsters. Especially the Lizardmen. They have a big roster of single entity monsters, and plenty of lord skills and tech to boost them.

Since it's your first time in WH3 I'll also add a word of caution: the bigger you go, the easier it will be for factions with a lot of missile units to focus on those monsters. And spear/halberd units will be able to tie them down pretty effectively. So just be on the lookout for ranged units, and try not to get too over zealous by attacking polearm units with them.

But above all, just have fun!

You have quite a lot of choices, actually, depending on what kind of monsters you want.
If you want dinosaurs, play lizardmen.
If you like undead monsters (and undead infantry too) play the vampire counts.
if you want werewolfs, trolls and mammoths, play norsca.
If you want to play with minotaurs and multiple versions of giants (ginat, cygors, gorgons) play beastmen.
Orcs also kinda work, with their multive versions of trolls, giant spiders and moving mountains (rogue Idols) but they are more infantry focused.
And, in theorie, ogres also count as large units. but they are just big humans, so don't know if that is what you want.

nakai for kroxigors
taurox for minotaurs
morghur for chaos spawn
throgg for trolls
kholek for dragon ogres
thrott for rat ogres
durthu/drycha for treemen
ogre kingdoms for entire armies of monstrous infantry
vamp counts/coast and greenskins technically have monstrous infantry but they have less of a focus on them than the rest imo
