Mutagenic energies?
Why does mutagenic energies only last 1 turn? It causes attrition but for 1 turn? That's like really uselss...
Is there a way to upgrade its duration or something?

Nah, it´s pretty ♥♥♥♥. Its only decent use is to stop an army from replenishing over the end turn. Otherwise, it seems to do like 1% damage, 2% if Tzeentch is #1.

attrition effects simply dont work on ai
had some wood elves suffering from the cold, from the chaos and from the khorne attrition building
they lost 4 models that turn
thats what stacking 3 attritions does, same for nurgle
just use the debuffs or the buffs even if you stack all the attritions all your killing is 2 people
so yes, tzeensh also has one of these
