Nope, even on wingamestore which has a coupon for new customers running permanently, you can't use it on TWW 3. Same on HumbleBundle with their store discount for customers. It seems SEGA is keeping a close eye this time, i remember buying Three Kingdoms for example from one of these stores for 37 euros pre-release by stacking a coupon with the discount.

Make sure to double check which store it gets added too and you will have to go through Fanatical support to get a refund.

greenmangaming had some coupon which you could combine with preorder (which had discount) of Resident Evil: Tall Titty Lady.
