This is what I was looking for.
Yeah, I wish this was info stated more clearly... I have Kislev and Praag, so taking Erengrad probably won't be a big challenge.
But this is info that I don't think you get in the campaign. I don't think the game itself ever told me I had to do that stuff to make it appear.
-Start Easy campaign with Katarin, because she gains supporters much faster.
-Invade Praag right after you liberate the occupied province to the East.
-Invade Hellpit immediately after, so you get a good settlement for recruitment buildings, and your second Attaman.
-Conquer province to the North of Praag so you can stop Norscans from pouring in.
-Invade Erengrad.
-Battle unlocks a few turns after.
Since I already had done a successful Kostaltyn campaign, all I wanted was to unlock Boris, so I started an Easy campaign to do it in around 50 turns.
