Why is the artwork section getting filled with borderline hentai?

Had a quick look, and its similar to what was (and at times is) happening on r/totalwar. Seems some Warhammer fans have a veeeeeeerrrrryyyy broad definition of "Total War related."

There's one user who posts upwards of a dozen fan-art pieces a day. Some of them are just reposted from the first two games' artwork tabs, but others are borderline explicit and a few aren't from any of the Total War Warhammer games

I'm not clear on what Steam counts as "inappropriate" (in terms of nudity or sexual acts), but I take more issue with the artwork being posted without the original artists' permission and without the artists' names or links to their web-pages---since that's how customers can find them and order something made
