I can't change unit size.

I changed unit size to ultra, but not changed.
So I'm playing this game unit size: 80.

It would help to know which unit has the 80 size.
Kislev units are usually low in numbers so 80 might be ultra.

In WH2 Unit size changes did not take affect until you started a new game. Not sure if that is the case in WH3.

Yup. If you change the unit size, you have to start a new campaign for the changes to take effect
