They also seem to upgrade their units from time to time after returning from a trip.
And there are dilemmas that give new units.
as for the caravan master, what is the trait called? unless i am mistaken the mentioned units in his traits effect only his starting army. it is only the second aspect of traits that improve units, if they have any, ogre ally has no effects in battle for example, dragon blooded makes your celestial units better
so i dont think that any of their traits impact troops you can get later on. if you know of a trait that does do that than i would be very interested in hearing about it.
personally i think the favored and dragon blooded traits are most worth it. favored has 2% physical resistance for the entire army, dragon blooded makes your celestial units better, which will form the line later on. things like the longma whisperer are weaker i think (never got an event allowing me to recruit more of those)
The campaign is already over by the time you gift that entire section of the map right up to kislev, another piece of evidence this wasn't play tested. Leaving the entire mountain range in ruins, bereft of life still yielded high threat, in both routes.
Should remain high threat along tzeench's routes on the left and low or no threat on the right route.
That's not a natural course of events, such a counter intuitive scenario, rather seems more like another forced event.
Tzeench's goons were in the area but it was still ogres... Naturally being a few turns off finishing the campaign I just AR and killed the caravan off, because I seriously CBF with the dumb campaign anymore.
Even the descriptive text for finishing Cathay on VH is the same as standard victory.
for tzeench forces it makes less sense to raid caravans, demons dont need caravans. they get nothing out of it, ogres get riches and meat, it is their way of life, it makes sense that he ogre population will still try things
