Keyboard Controls Not Working... Sometimes

So probably once in every five times or so that I boot up the game, the keyboard controls won't work. No WASD, no hotkeys, nothing. Only thing I have found that does is the escape key. The game will otherwise run fine and the mouse works, just none of the keys. It seems totally random when it does this and generally I just close and restart the game to bypass it, but that is a bit irksome since I have to spend 5+ minutes loading each time. Anyone else have this issue?

I have been having an issue with the wasd keys causing the game window to drop, and open different windows programs. This seems to be permanent since I closed the game, restarted, and it is still happening. It could just be the saved game is now permanently bugged, but this started after about three battles. As far as I can tell, it is just happening during the battles.

they also readded a bug that was fixed again that causes your graphic settings to either BE different then you set or downgraded
to work
it now looks absolutely horrible
