Can't enter the forge of souls

Without spoiling, I have all 4 souls and I can't enter the forge of souls. The game doesn't give the the option to intercept, even though I have a quest for it. How do I enter the forge of souls now?

You need to go to a chaos rift and then you will have the option to Enter Forge of Souls.

So apparently though, the rifts have changed. Did I fail?
So the rifts are now infinite duration and says that Ursun died. Does this mean I failed?

No that's all part of the story. Go to a rift and enter the forge of souls for the final battle.

I couldn't. I checked several rifts during the event, nothing.

Weird, what you described is exactly what happened in my Ogres campaign and I just went to the closest rift with my LL and did the final battle.

Same, happened to me for my Kislev campaign. What exactly is not working for you OP?

Checklist
- Confirm you have the 4 souls, but if you got the infinite duration message then you should.
- Check the nearest rift, Forge of Souls was the Top Left option for me.

Ok, I had to reroll 50 turns and redo everything. Now I got the cutscene and the event pages. I just stumbled upon a bug i tihnk.

Ok, so I had just finished getting the final soul in tzeentch place. After that, I got immedietly thrown out of the realm and the timer set to infinite. No new mission, no cutscene. nothing. I could enter the realm of chaos as normal. I had an intercept mission, but I couldn't enter the forge of souls.
