How do I unlock the Exalted Keeper Of Secrets Lord for Slaanesh?

For all of the demon factions, you can't recruit the Exalted demon lords directly. You recruit a herald lord, and then level him to about level 15. You'll then he presented with an event in which you can choose to turn that Herald INTO an Exalted Greater Demon lord of a lower level, delay the decision, or refuse outright and keep the Herald.

Even the Legion of chaos? Or are they stuck with heralds.

I believe it's the same with the Legion of Chaos too.

Happened at 16 for me. But it also resets your levels and gear so be sure to fix that up after upgrading

Also it seems completly bugged in multiplayer from my experience and what i've read. Does anyone get the choice for 'ascending" a lord on MP ?

Had it happen twice at 14, down to 7
Make sense if was a range tho of random occurrence till forces it at certain level…how scripts will work for something like this typically.

Yes, it's completely bugged in multiplayer. No ascensions there.
