Getting rid of corrupted trait?
Does anyone know how to get rid of the Corrupted by Khorne/nurgle traits, specifically as another Daemon faction? Seems really unbalanced, my casualty replenishment is taking a massive hit.

I think you need to defeat a certain number of armies belonging to the faction to remove it. I had a lord with the corrupted by slaanesh trait. After a few battles with a nearby slaaneshi faction, the trait was removed

check your main settlement in a province. it'll say you can remove a trait if you garrison there.

this is true for slaanesh im not sure about the others but im pretty sure it holds true for other mono gods as well.
I take it that's from being in the Chaos Realms?

The main way to get rid of the trait is by having a Province Capital with the Skaven discovery building, that way you should have 100% chance that spending a turn removes them.

It specifies traits obtained from the Realm of Chaos.

The Corrupted by Nurgle/Khorne is gained by spending a high amount of time in a corrupted province. I've fought quite a few battles against Khorne, and my lord/heroes still have the trait. Plus, there's only one city belonging to a Nurgle faction left, and that's their trait is the one that's really hurting me.

With your corrupted leader, stay in your Province capital, there is a 50% each turn that one corruption trait will disappear. Or if there's is a Undercity Discovery building in one of your cities, that too will provide the 50% chance.

That's for Realm of Chaos traits, doesn't mention any other negative campaign traits.

Yeah, I've had N'Kari in a garrison for enough time to remove the Realm of Chaos trait, but he still hasn't lost any of the others.

I'm also around 160 turns in, and I got the Corrupted by Khorne trait really early on. Should've had plenty of time to get rid of it :/

well no clue then, i saw someone saying that you need to be in a uncorrupted zone. meaning your corruption cant be present as well in order to remove it.

please report back if you found a solution, im not that far into the campaign just yet but seems like trouble

If its anything like the trait you can gain from vampire corruption then you need to spend enough turns in untainted (or perhaps your own corruption) to remove it.

That said, this is just a theory, haven't tested it or anything.

I'll let you know. If nothing happens, I'll post something on the forums, see if I can get the devs' attention.

Spending some time in the Province Capital helps.

this doesn't exactly work sadly it may be a bug. i managed too keep something under my skin for rest of the game on my lord from Nurgal while playing on legendary with Kislev. i couldn't really find away too remove it. their is also a upkeep bug and supplyline bug also bug that some times if you attack some city's your income goes negative and you go bankrupt ( now most of this is only With Kislev. as that is all i have really played )
