changing weapons / vehicles - ammo zones..? (resolved)
sorry if this is already answered but I didn't find any mention of this issue

I'm as close to a vending machine as I can be without being inside it, which as I've read is an ammo zone and where I need to be to change weapons or vehicles etc - but it says OUTSIDE AMMO ZONE NO LOADOUT CHANGES POSSIBLE..?

what am I missing here?

You're not missing anything... That's very strange. I assume you tried other vending machines/mailboxes/etc? You should be in an ammo zone and you should be able to change your inventory like that.

thanks for the reply - I did try other machines / car spawner / contact etc...
just discovered the problem is that I was hitting ESC then selecting inventory (because for some reason I doesn't bring it up) if I use the mouse button that's bound to inventory it works - no idea why esc makes a difference but it does...
