How Threat level works?
I have played this game for a while, it is really confusing and very flawed though, but one question. Do you de-threat from losing or doing bad? Or do you Threat from winning or doing good?

To de-threat is to lose intentionally in order to get to a lower threat level. If you're thinking about de-threatening, just know that any wins you make afterwards will still pull your threat level up. At the end of the day, there's simply no point going through such a chore.

the treath system just dosen,t work. Im not a pro player and imalways stuck in gold. 10 lost and i go down silver... a single win and im stuck gold again for a week...

That page is outdated. Threat used to be dependant on wins and loses but now it's based on score. If you finish the mission with a score of 100 or more and are in the top 50% out of both teams you gain threat, if you finish in the lower 50% you lose threat. If you finish with less than 100 score the system doesn't register you as a participating player in the mission and you neither gain nor lose threat.

Ah, I didn't realize that... my bad. The new threat calculations do look promising.
