Tutorial always skipped

Hello, i just begun playing the game but the tutorial is skipped so i'm directly out in the wild , at the beginning it says that i have completed the tutorial but i've seen/played nothing... I tried to do another character but it's the same thing...
Can someone help me please?

I made a new character the other day and noticed the same thing happened.
There isn't much to the tutorial anyway, but I remember doing it in the Beta and it was helpful.

Bacically it shows you your Radar, a contact and how to pledge ( not needd since you automatically pledge now to level up), how to spawn a car, how to follow HUD markers ont he screen to do objectives.
Enemys can be seen on radar if they are doing certaina ctions.. they show as a red arrow.
other than that and buying ammo from a Joker box that's all yo really need to know. the rest you figure out by exploring the game.

I suggest following the HUD markers ( A,B,C,D etc.) and doing the objectives. The rest comes naturally.

The tutorial is pretty useless. It basically just makes you do a mission by yourself. The only important things the tutorial points out are that you have a field supplier and grenades waiting for you in your mailbox. Go to a mailbox, retrieve these items and then exit out of the mailbox. Then press 'i' at an ammo supply location (mailbox works for this) and equip your grenades on the loadout screen and equip the field supplier on the Character tab screen. To use the field supplier, the default key is '5'.
