How do I unlock car parts?

do you guys know how I can unlock car parts for the Dolton Fresno? when I am in car customisation I can't see with what event or at what standing level or something I can unlock them. I checked the internet for this but couldn't find anuthing.

Some car parts can be unlocked by Contracts,some by JT kits and Armas one.

You can get kits by pledging to contacts, gaining Joker Tickets For: Tutorial, Asylum Dis, Fight Club. U can look which parts u can unlock on which tier on apbdb.com progression. ARMAS got nice kits, but not every1 want spend real money on game, for ex. i would buy chocolate than pay on the game. Here are 3 ways: Contact Pledge, Fight Club or Asylum or spend real money if u are lazy and cant get body kit for Joker Tickets. Have Nice Day :P

To be more specific, most of the car parts available via contacts you get from Chiro as a crim or Mirri Kent as an enfo:

Note that these aren't full kits. It's mostly tires, bullbars, lights, etc for vehicles like the Packer Ceresco, T-25 and Broadwing.

There are in-game kits available for some vehicle from the Joker Store but if you're willing to spend money on the game I'd suggest getting the full packs on Armas and saving your JTs for better things like the Vegas 4x4. Most of the Joker Store kits aren't that great, anyway.

The rest of the kits are, of course, available on Armas if you want to spend real money on them. Most of the kit bundles are a good price but most of the bundles that include a kits, car, clothing and a weapon are generally overpriced, IMO.
