Note that these aren't full kits. It's mostly tires, bullbars, lights, etc for vehicles like the Packer Ceresco, T-25 and Broadwing.
There are in-game kits available for some vehicle from the Joker Store but if you're willing to spend money on the game I'd suggest getting the full packs on Armas and saving your JTs for better things like the Vegas 4x4. Most of the Joker Store kits aren't that great, anyway.
The rest of the kits are, of course, available on Armas if you want to spend real money on them. Most of the kit bundles are a good price but most of the bundles that include a kits, car, clothing and a weapon are generally overpriced, IMO.
