Wallpapers? Seriously?

yeah.. works just fine for me. in fact most people griping isn't that it doesn't work.. it's "inconsistant framerate" not having that either though

First, make sure your pc meets the requirements found on the store page. In fact, can you post your pc specs here? Then we will all help you further in fixing the game for you.

I get some stuttering when too many enemies on the screen, and some minor graphical glitches, but other than that, the game works fine for me.

OS: Windows 7
Processor: I7 3770K @ 3.5 GHz 8-core
RAM: 16 GB RAM
Video Card: GeForce GTX 1070 w/ 8GB of RAM on it
Double checked I had the latest drivers.
Tried running in compatibility mode.
All I get is a black screen with music.

Before you try installing the most current version of microsoft Visual C++ library update, try the following steps first:

#1. Try playing in adminstration mode.
#2. Try seeing if the game works in windowed mode. This sometimes works with games.
#3. Try a different setting in your resolution settings in the launcher settings.

If none of the above work, try installing this. but only the one for the latest version. If that does not work, then install the older versions too:

WARNING: Only install the version for your pc, so make sure to pick the correct version for your pc.

I tried playing it as an administrator, no luck

It normally launches in a window that is completely black, but I can hear music. I can't hear anything else, up, down, left right, ESC, click. If there's supposed to be a menu that chirps as I select stuff, it's not responding. I've never even seen the main menu.

I tried launching it maximized, and it never even shows up on the task bar, but one of several songs starts playing. I have to go to task manager to shut it down.

Just tried installing the current Visual C++ library for my x64 system, not the ARM or x86. Reboot. Tried again. Still no luck.

ok, do you have the nvidia control program? Im not sure what you might want to change around in it, but if you have intergrated graphics, try changing the setting if you can and see if that works. Im not on a nvidia pc, so you would have to get help from a nvidia gamer..sorry this is where i can only help you to. There is other posts about nvidia stuff, i would either ask someone on there, or wait and see if a nvidia pc gamer would answer you on here. Good luck.

Welp. I tinkered with the NVidia control program and matched the settings to what they said. It didn't help. I'm not experiencing slow or choppy framerates, I'm experiencing 0 frames, at all. Choppiness and screen tearing would be an infinite improvement!

please list your system specs. this would help people diagnose possible problems

I've gotten black screen and just turning my monitor on and off works, but I haven't had major issues beyond that on start-up so it might be up to your hardware specs.

The issue is he's trying to run on Windows 7. A OS that not only is no longer supported, and the game was NOT optimized to run on. It's been the consistant with people who "can't run' the game. Windows 7.
