Screenshots with a steam deck and PS4 controller

Can anyone please tell me how to take a screenshot using a PS4 controller with the Steam Deck. I can’t find any useful information online as PS button and R1 (as suggested) just makes my character punch. The photo mode says it saves a picture but it’s not in the Media Folder

Did it never myself but i am sure you need to set the Keybinding in steam (overlay)
Steam Settings > ingame you find the assigned button, no idea if this is the setting yopu looking for, as i said never did it myself. I dont even have a Controller

Thanks. I finally figured it out after some trial and error. I went to the game controller settings and edited the layout so that the trackpad behaved like a directional pad and clicking took a screenshot (but nothing else) since this is the only button that doesn’t do an action.
I hope this will help someone else in future who has never changed button layouts before.
