Production of the hunting lodge
Hello,

I have several hunter lodges with NPCs assigned to production.
However, they only produce 2-3 meats a day despite a level 3 hunting skill and knives in stock.

How can I increase production?

Did you have meat set to 100% and is the 2-3 the amount what is shown in the management screen of the building, or do you mean that you only see 2-3 meats appear in your food storage?
Meat production intensity is 100% and whether in the management tab or in my storage, I have 2-3 meats per day.

Weird. For me a Hunting Lodge I at 100% meat collection with 1 worker skilled 3, brings in 5 meat per day.

How is the mood of your worker? They will produce slightly more if they are happier. You can make them happyer by having stone houses that are fully insulated, adding decorations inside their house (up to 10) and letting them have a family.

Upgrading to Hunting Lodge II also helps a lot.
Other than that; you'll have to supplement with other foods to feed your people or hunt yourself til your hunters increase their hunting skill.
My workers are between 40-60% in the mood.
You say that one of your hunters produces 5 meats a day. How can that be enough to feed the village?
Especially when your hunter consumes more food than he produces?

You are not feeding him raw meat are you? If you cook it together with vegetables to make proper dishes of it, and supplement with other things you can cook (like porridge from the grains etc), you should be able to make it work.

And you need to make sure that your People dont consume the raw meat.
in the management tab
I allways disable other kinds of wood, food as Drinks, Drinks as food, and Rawmaterial i want to cook with

Ahh and btw, you need to make sure that the kitchen is not using the meat if you mwant to count the daylie income

Btw
2 lvl 10 Hunter with both 90% Mood Produced 19 meat on one day in the test i just made Compared to that i make over 1000 meat in a Day long hunt (disabled Carryweight system) (Check the Food and Potion Buffs to become far more effective)

Hunting really takes its time for exp gain for yourself and your villagers. I think skill gain xp is based not only on produced item value, but also on weight. BECAUSE: my water collector guy really outsmarts my lumberjacker in gaining even faster xp by extracting water from the well.
