Never Forget: Saving Private Otker mission

Where to find the hidden letter in this quest? Highlight shows it on the mountain, but I can't find any entry, cave or anywhere to get to that latter. I climbed, I walked around the mountain, only mine and small cave under the waterfall that doesnt lead anywhere. What am I missing guys?

There is a small cave in the mountain but it is hard to see. If you use inspector mode it will highlight where the letter is just like it would do with arrows.

Wow how did you get that far? I can't even find Otker at what I think is his house.

I found it. Wasn't that easy. Tiny cave entry in the middle of the mountain. Otker is at the tavern in Piaskovia. I guess some things might depend on the dialogue we chose?
