Sound problem
Hi,

Today there's no sound while playing the game...
First technical problem since i bought the game, what a surprise !

I checked integrity files and no files corrupted.
All drivers are updated and steam too.
Other games loaded by steam don't have same problem, i can hear sound.
I have sound with over activities like video watching or sound system.

I don't understand

Hi, this looks and sounds like an odd one. Can you double check audio settings in the game settings? if they look fin, could you send us a DxDiag of your system? This can be done by a filesharing website such as WeTransfer, or via the Toplitz discord or support tickets found on the Toplitz website

Let me add another thought, just because it has happened to me before: is the sound on for the game exe in your PC's general sound mixer?

hi,

i have already checked audio settings in the game settings and are ok.
i thought there was a misfunction when saving the game so i tried to launch a new one but same problem...
Very strange because i didn't have any major update of win11 and all other games are ok.
I ll send you a directX diag.

hi,

i don't know... i think it's win11 generic sound system because i didn't install a specific sound card and not using motherboard's sound system.
