How to fix stuttering?

3060ti
2xNVMe

The game stutters even when you turn the camera in your village, on any location loading, is there a way to fix this?
I set the shader cache to unlimited, 75 frames max, but it did not help
Ripples in shadows and on small objects are also noticeable, it's a little annoying

First things to try are usual:
- verify the game in steam to make sure the installation is still ok with no corrupt files
- update your graphics driver
- make sure the ingame resolution is the same as your windows resolution
- try if changing to DirectX 11 in the game settings makes a difference

If you did all that and still have the stuttering; could you share a dxdiag report with us so the bughunters/technical wizards here can have a look?

Yea, I also have stuttering but I have mico stuttering is a bit worse. Am also but on DX12 API with much better specs

32gb of ram at CL36/6000mhz

If go to DX11 I lose 70+ fps but the stuttering is gone. But with dx12 hit my screen hz cap of 165 matter of the fact DX11 is only using %60 of my gpu at 1440

For me, high FPS cause micro stuttering. Limit it too 60 or lower will solve that. My laptop is much older (i7 4720HQ, GTX 950M, 16 GB RAM, SATA SSD). Game runs at medium setting.
