Make Snowballs more fun :)

My first winter and I remember that I had the option to making snowballs.
So I tried them out.
But got no reaction other than a simple reflex.
At least when you run into people, they give out a yelp.

I would like to see people reacting to a snowball. Like a yell or some sort of comment or even making a few snowballs of there own to get back at you.
Even a yelp would be an improvement.
Exspeshelly those people who are really annoying. Like that teen girl with her insulting comments or that Castilian guy.
