Also, sorry but being unable to recruit the third villager is ridiculous. Why spend a year or two exploring when I can perfectly build city sized villages in first map starting from first season without any reputation problems?
You can do "give 70 baeroot to npc" quests before building your village but no thanks I don't want that.
Of course you are free to play however you want, and in your case I'd go with the suggestion to increase your reputation gain in the gameplay settings.
Personally I'm way too curious to explore the map and find the perfect spot for my village before deciding where I want to build.
Weil das Spiel es so will. Und darum ist es egal, was du willst. Du hast dich dem Spiel anzupassen, nicht umgekehrt. Auch wenn das für dich unverständlich erscheint.
