Washing in villages. (Sleeping in villages?)

I did a search, and only found some ideas to let us wash in shallow water. (Which also would work, and i +1) So sorry if this has been brought up alot before.

Please allow us to use village washing bins or the like. Once a village is far away from the deep waters, you are kinda screwed unless you build your own washing bin all around, which..ehh..i forget my buckets.

Im guessing this might not be the biggest issue for many, and its prob bigger for me becouse im stuck in this loop of running the map flirting with all the pretty ladies.

Oh, and a rentable sleeping spot in the taverns or even barns would be nice aswell.
Sometimes i arrive to late for a quest on the other side of the map, the NPC is going to bed and theres nothing I or anyone else can do about it.
Now my options are to either loiter in the area, gathering/hunting, picking my nose, etc, until dawn or well.. move to the next quest village, if there are any.
It takes time of the season i might not have, and it sucks especially if they then end up giving you a "Night hunt" quest.
On that note:
1: that quest will not trigger until next evening, which means you dont have that whole new day to do it
2: Ive prob fed most aggressive animals a spear or two by that point anyways.
The first day of a season i try to leave them alone, in case i get a quest like that.

TLDR:
1: Washing in villages, yes please.
2: Renting/sleeping in villages, yes please.

For sleeping there would need to be either some additional guest house put out there, or alternatively taverns modified with added a room with beds.

I'd add to this also drinking from the NPC village wells.

I'm surprised that they haven't added an inn yet, both as a construction for your village and for the existing ones.

Paying at an inn in a village shouldn't just recover health and progress the day but should also fill your hunger and thirst implying you were also fed in there.
