The problem with this, and with the entire vegan philosophy, is that, if they strictly adhered to it, they'd likely starve to death. Most food plants are pollinated by bees, and that should be a no-no to vegans.
I was angrily shouted down when I worked at a vegan campground and mentioned this. lol
Edit: after thinking about this, it may have been Green Hell where I saw people trying to play the game as vegan.
It's surprising how some people don't want any animals to be abused or threatened, but feel it's only right to destroy their homes for farming expansion.
Edit: And it wasn't an argument.

How interesting science is. Have you ever done a search for the scientific classification of insects. I did and guess what I found in multiple places (I don't count Wiki which is sometimes not accurate). Insects are classified in the family of Animalia which is the animal kingdom. I just wanted to bring that to light.
