Problems Filling Compost Bins With Mushrooms

Had an excess amount of mushrooms and I've been trying to fill the compost bins in my village with them, but for some reason it only lets me fill them to 29.90kg/30.00kg capacity. If I try to put 30.00kg of mushrooms in a bin it acts like there's too much and only puts the 29.90kg in.

EDIT: Found that saving and reloading let's me fill the bin up to 30kg from 29.90kg for some reason.
