Can't use anvil anymore after upgrading to smithy III
I don't know if it has to do with the new crafting bug but since we upgraded out smithy to level 3, the anvil doesn't exist anymore. The other workstations are usable but there is no way to interact with the anvil.

Is it the same for the host? No one can interact with the anvil? Reloading also doesn't fix it?

Yes, there was no way to interact for any of us (I am the host in this game). Reloading helped.
