Game Stutters after Patch

After installing the new patch (2.0.0.5/2.0.0.5a) the game stutters every time anyone picks something up or crafts something for ~100ms for EVERYONE. We play on COOP and we tried both patches, the issue persists.

And you didn't have this issue before the patch?

Not really stutters but my game crashes since the last patch every time after about 1h of gameplay

Nevermind game stutters on me too. Updated Graphics driver bc of the crashes and now it stutters. I noticed since the graphics driver update my graphic settings also changed. Resolution, fov, aspect ratio and even audio settings

Nvidea Geforce experience has a feature to "optimize" your game. This often seems to change all sorts of graphics settings for Medieval Dynasty; sometimes even the keybinds for some reason. Make sure you turn the auto optimising OFF for medieval dynasty.

This is getting very annoying.
Stutters on every craft for all players and it seems to be getting worse.

The REAL chris has Medieval Dynasty

Erm.... we are all on 2.0.0.0b NOT 2.0.0.0a

Just started noticing this in multiplayer as well. Happens even when no one else has joined the game yet. I don't think think it was happening last night though, and we probably had the patch by then, so who knows?

There has not been a new patch for several days now; so if you start noticing lag now all of a sudden, it could be your pc, your internet or the Steam services lagging.

So its expected that the entire game UI will pause (however briefly) when experiencing a bit of network latency? I don't think it was my PC, because both me and my friend were noticing stuttering at the same time (each time one of us crafted something). We could even announce to each other when the next stutter would occur.

What you mention now (the crafting) is another issue, there is a tiny delay after each craft, that also affects the other player when you play in co-op. That has been reported to the devs. I thought your original post was about lag in general, but if you meant the crafting, that is indeed not your pc but the game.
