Will Medieval Dynasty end game be Kingdomcome Deliverance level?
So far a "city" is just an assortment of 1 floor shacks. I just finished playing Kingdomcome Deliverance and I was awed by the world building. I want to be able to build a large city like that, with customizable buildings. To plan unique building shapes and designs instead of the default square, balconies, overheads, clothlines strewn about above you, plaster walls, tudoring, intricate stone work, churches, etc, and winding alleys. Does anyone know if the devs are aiming for that level of construction or a high medieval setting? The current gameplay is low medieval technology.

What is much better in KCD is that it is more realistic on buildings, animals, people and clothes. If they add the possibility of own building, tilling the land and the season to KCD, then the game is not wrong. But the difference between KCD and MD is that KCD was created only for the purpose of fighting whereas MD was created for the purpose of building and running a village or city. Well, what bothers me the most about MD is the demand for PC performance. At KCD, it was not so difficult.

Since modding tools are already released for KCD, I wonder if it is possible to add seasons, crops, building ability and such to KCD???
You should probably ask that on the KCD forums, not here.

Keep in mind that while KCD and MD might have a similar look, immersion and take place roughly in the same region in the middle ages, but they are two completely different genres.
KCD is a full blown RPG with heavy emphasis on quests, story and combat. While MD is a combination of RPG lite, survival lite and city sim, with heavy emphasis on the city management.

As far as I know mods can enhance things. But not really completely change a game into something it was not designed to be.
