Selling Beetroots to the Beetroot Baron

In Crest challenges, there is a challenge about selling beetroots to the beetroot baron. I have no idea who this baron is in the Valley or how many beetroots I'm supposed to sell. I sold 10 beetroots to each vendor in Gostavia, Danica and Rohnica but nothing happened. Did anyone do that challenge?

I though this was an Oxbow challenge? In Oxbow I completed this challenge in 2 different ways:

1. by using the seeds that Poznomir provides
   
2. by using beetroots that I'd already planted before getting seeds from Poznomir
   

You need to give Poznomir 700 beetroots

It's been a while since I played The Valley but I didn't encounter that quest on that map - can you do it in The Valley too? If so, then you probably need to sell to a similar vendor on that map, such as ...

• the Barn vendors Dagobert in Denica or Edwin in Gostovia or Nadar in Rolnica
  
• the Kitchen vendors Kinga in Denica or Adelina in Gostovia or Baldwin in Hornica
  
• the Tavern vendors Helga in Hornica or Neiluba in Jezerica

If it's a quest, then recipient is generally named in the quest details, so check your Journal tab (Challenges issued by the Herald for the King) for info or look for the bold exclamation point on the quest map

The B. Baron is a random NPC which spawns from time to time in specific areas on the map. I currently remind only one location exactly on the oxbow map, it was North of the ruins from Piastovia at the way. He has a card and stay there just for one season than he moves on. But i am half sure i also saw him at another location on the oxbow map. But its always at a road.
