Orchards
I have a 5x5 orchard and I just realised that I could have put 5 of every tree in it that's in the game but I did not do that at the time. Is there a way to remove single trees so I can plant different ones or do I have to remove everything and start all over?

you MIGHT be able to replace trees through the farming menu.
Bring up the orchard in question and edit it?
You will probably need the new fruit trees in resource storage.
You will lose the original trees, and the time it took to grow them, but I think you CAN replace individual trees.
I'm not sure however, I've never had to try this myself.

It's not possible to remove a single tree or destroy only part of the orchard. You can only destroy the entire orchard with the destroy option of the hammer, but then it's all gone.

Thank you for this. I will wait till the next harvest then I will take it down and rebuild it. thank you all for your responses :)
