Warning, build your Palisade left to right.
I just realised, after a many years, that my extensive palisade fence is wrong. At least half is back to front, with the cross bar on the outside.

I now have to go a demolish and change it back, maybe half a mile of it. So always build left to right, so its the correct way round.

The end.

You can as well "rotate" your fence before placing the blueprint down, so it faces the other way. Though it is indeed not that easy to see how it'll look when still in blueprint mode.

Same with the tall fences. Had to redo a lot mine as they were the wrong way around.
Those you build right to left.

That could also be a good suggestion for the Devs to apply an arrow showing the outside portion like we eventually got in ARK Survival to help with placing items. Or making clear backing planks show on the blueprint. to easily see which way around a blueprint is.
Just a suggestion Morri

Y, that would be a really good idea.

I noticed that recently when I added some scarecrows to my fields, they were all facing outwards. However I rather turn my character around so I can use the compass to align rather than using the rotating function of the item.
Because it's really hard to rotate it exactly 180°.

But when you say: "Build your palisade from left to right."
Does that mean when you are facing your village or when you are facing it with your back?
