I have read you all were going to make the text size adjustable. I am just started a new game and I cant really read much as its still very small.

I see a pinned post about going into the ini files but TBH I cant figure out that. If that is the only way to adjust it, then when would a button in the settings be implemented for folks like me who arn't tech/PC saavy. BTW ""C:/Users/[MyUser]/AppData/Local"" does not work on my system. I already checked and I must a different pathway set up.

If "C:/Users/[MyUser]/AppData/Local"" doesn't work, use %LocalAppData% instead.
Same thing

BTW, next to the ini changes, you could also lower your resolution.
The smaller the resolution, the bigger the font appears.

If it read it's "going to be added" it means it hasn't been added yet, but it will be once you read in changelogs it's been actually done. I can't see when it was stated this way. The recent changelogs I see don't say that text has been made adjustable. Was it supposed to be added at some specific game version?

He's referring to the way to change your font-size in the ini.

So if you wanna do that:
- Open (windows) explorer
- Go to the path %LocalAppData%\Medieval_Dynasty\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
- Rightclick on Engine.ini
- Open with notepad(++ or wordpad)
- Go to the bottom of the file
- Insert the text below:
[/script/engine.userinterfacesettings] ApplicationScale=3.867

1.289 is the default value, higher number is bigger font.
Keep the brackets and such in the code

(Had to find the original post about it)

1.0 is the default value, as in 1.0 being the 100%. I've been using 0.9 for the past few months to make the text and HUD elements 90% of the standard size.

Note that it will not change the size of the font in the inventory/management screens, but just on HUD and in menus. It may move some parts of the text out of the screen when the scale is too big.
